With the increased submission of PDFs for
final files
we thought it might be helpful to have a
listing
of requirements for worry free PDF printing.
• Include .125“ bleed, we still
need proper bleed to trim out final product
• Embed ALL fonts
• Center cropmarks, offset to 12pt
(I have no idea why the
default is 6pt which leaves the marks in the artwork bleed?)
• Do not compress the art, we are
doing high end printing
• Make PDF Composite / CMYK
